A comprehensive overview of the all of the features of Google Analytics - with hints and tips for getting the best out of them. We had technical and marketing staff in the same room which may be helpful to some groups. It meant that there was some time wasted discussing stuff which wasn't relevant to my role.

Matt was excellent! I didn't even realise that Google Analytics could do half the things it can do! I learned how to track my customers from arriving to my page right through to the sale. Absolutely excellent! I also now know how to set and monitor KPI's, create goals, watch the funnel visualisation, campaign tracking - (Awesome!!!!) and create customized reports. Well worth the time and money for the training.
