Google Anallytics is an extremely powerful tool but like a formula 1 racing car it takes skilll and knowledge to drive. The knowledge gained will take practice to apply effectively and this training, while very comprehensive, is only the starting grid.

Really good course, our team of differing GA skills were brought up to date and up skilled ready to use GA as part of their day to day roles. Within a couple of days of the course the team were bringing back useful reports that identified areas for further investigation. Without the course the team may not have had the skills or confidence to investigate areas outside their comfort zone. One way I would improve this course is to bring forward the more complex reporting to earlier in the day so more hands on time and debate could be had on this. Overall very good.

Very knowledgeable tutor, Matt gave a good breakdown and overall understanding of Google Analytics advanced features. The examples were straight forward and easy to follow (making them easy to remember and expand upon later). It has now been a month and I am using what I learned on the course to benefit the company I work for and hope to pass the Google Analytics exam soon.

Very helpful session, learned alot of the lesser known features of Google Analytics that have been very useful so far. Would have earned 5 stars, in my book, except it was a bit lengthy. Overall, well worth the time and turned out to be a great learning experience

A GA trainer came to my company to lead us is learning the new Analytics interface and he did a great job. His examples with our company's data and his teaching methods helped me navigate the new GA and use it more efficiently to manage future ad campaigns. A good session that got the team (including complete beginners) up to speed with the basics and provided the confidence for them to go back to their departments and use GA to identify opportunities. I always vaguely knew what GA was, but never thought about how and why I should use it. Perhaps the most surprising thing on the first day of my 2-day course was how powerful GA was, given that it is a free tool. As a technical person, I found the course well paced, we quickly got to the 'whys' and advantages of using GA, creating enthusiasm to for everyone in the class to start asking 'now tell us how'. Google Analytics is powerful and in-depth which we saw on the second day. The tutor had examples of every concept, real live examples went a long way to explain what we could do on our own sites. Using this tool properly will save you money and time. We were also shown other complementary tools and methods to solve common real life issues - again money and time. Overall a very good course for anyone wishing to find out more about who accesses their site and how to improve site traffic & efficiency.
